Welcome to the Down 2 Detail website, my name is Geordan and I am the owner/operator of Down 2 Detail, the No.1 choice for many for valeting and detailing. I specialise in marine, auto & leisure vehicle valeting and detailing. I provide all services relating to detailing from maintenance washes to full paintwork restorations and ceramic coatings.

A bit about me:

I have been detailing cars, boats and camper/caravans for a living since the age of 16. I have worked in different places covering almost all aspects of valeting and detailing so i know exactly what to do and what not to do when it comes to looking after your pride and joy. From starting at car washes, working for large dealerships such as Audi, Porsche and BMW, then working my way up to management and now onto opening my second detailing business to be closer to home i have truly done it all. On top of my vast experience I have invested the time and effort to become trained/certified by numerous recognized trainers to provide the best service I possibly can.

My fully equipped detailing studio is based in Bangor although i also work fully mobile.

What We Provide

Paint Corrections

Paint corrections are a process of removing scratches, swirl marks and other paint defects to improve the look or finish of the vehicles paintwork by means of machine polishing (in rare cases even some sanding). For more information check out the "Paint Corrections" section

Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings are flexible glass sealants that are applied to any surface to give long lasting protection. I have options of coatings that last between 1 and 5 years and can be applied to different surfaces. For more information check out "ceramic coatings" page

Valets

From regular maintenance valets to full deep cleans, we can perform a valet to cleanse, decontaminate and protect the exterior as well as the interior which is just as important, or we can perform one without the other. Check out "Valets" section for more information.

Need your wheels refurbished or maybe just a change of color? We can work with our partners to have your wheels refurbished hassle free.

Brake Caliper Painting
